Mainland UAE
A proposed local investment fund to be licensed by the Capital Market Authority, formerly the SCA. Its mandate, manager, investor eligibility and documents will be determined through the authorisation process.
CapitalSure develops investment and funding approaches for selected UAE property development and structured commodities opportunities. We are establishing a proposed regulated fund platform with separate mainland and financial free zone routes.
Introduction
An opportunity becomes investable when its commercial case, capital needs and risks can be understood together. CapitalSure brings investment analysis, structuring and capital relationships into that assessment. We work with property, trade and independent specialists to test the facts before a commitment is considered.
Fund Platform
The mainland and financial free zone vehicles would be separate. They could pursue complementary strategies, but neither would automatically hold the other’s assets or investors.
A proposed local investment fund to be licensed by the Capital Market Authority, formerly the SCA. Its mandate, manager, investor eligibility and documents will be determined through the authorisation process.
A proposed regulated fund manager and fund in one of the UAE’s financial free zones. The jurisdiction will be selected after legal, regulatory, investor and operating assessment. Category 3C refers to the manager’s prudential classification, not a fund category.
No fund is currently presented for subscription on this website.
Investment Focus
Our proposed flagship strategies address selected UAE property development equity and structured commodities opportunities.
Property decisions examine
Commodities decisions examine
A Group-sourced opportunity receives the same investment and conflicts review as any external proposal.
Investment Approach
Our proposed investment process links property or transaction evidence, capital discipline and independent challenge before funds are deployed.
Opportunities may arise through Group relationships, landowners, developers or external partners. Source alone does not determine suitability.
We test mandate fit, rights, counterparties, demand or transaction purpose and the outline capital requirement.
Property specialists examine title, planning, design, infrastructure, cost, programme and valuation. Commodity specialists examine source, buyer, contracts, inspection, logistics, insurance, compliance and settlement.
We consider the appropriate ownership vehicle, instrument, leverage, funding schedule, reserves, rights and route to realisation.
The authorised decision-makers receive a documented case that includes risks, sensitivities, related parties and conditions to investment.
The manager would track use of capital, delivery, valuation, performance and changes to the approved case, then assess exit options in the interests of the fund.
Our Standards
Fund decisions would sit with the relevant authorised manager and governing bodies. Independent risk, compliance, valuation, custody or administration arrangements would be established as required by each jurisdiction and fund type.
Each fund would operate to a defined mandate, eligibility rules, limits and approval process. A credible development concept or trade opportunity would still need to pass independent investment review.
The authorised manager would maintain controls proportionate to its activities, with appropriate independent review and escalation. These would include investor and counterparty due diligence, anti-money laundering controls and sanctions screening.
Opportunities and services involving InvestSure Group, DevelopSure, Novaro or another connected party would be identified and addressed through the relevant fund rules, disclosures and approvals. A related-party opportunity is never automatically allocated to a fund.
Eligibility, offering materials, onboarding and communications would follow the permissions and documents of the specific fund. No fund terms or return outcomes are promised on this website.
CapitalSure welcomes strategic capital, property development, commodities and professional partnership enquiries. A useful first conversation identifies the asset or transaction, the parties, its stage, the capital need and the decision being sought.
